Multi-tenant SaaS architecture with a React Native core shared across iOS, Android, and Web targets via React Native for Web. Feature modules are lazy-loaded to keep bundle size minimal. A GraphQL gateway aggregates backend microservices. HIPAA compliance is enforced at the API layer with end-to-end encryption and audit logging.
